Open Question: Some questions about a neti pot, mixture.?

There's a lot of information about this, but there are some questions that are just not being answered. What mixture are you supposed to use and WHY? Most people say you're not supposed to used iodized salt, why? Why add baking soda? Why use a cinnamon an milk mixture? Cinnamon is an anti-oxidant, which I suppose "helps" in some sort of way, but why milk? Way too many people are taking "medical" facts as every holy truths without questions. The replies are always either "omg it HELPED, sooooooooo MUCH!" or "it made my problems WORSE!!". Where's the 'why'? =/ aside: weren't there some trials where chemotherapy had practically the same effects as a placebo for some cancers? Any change for the better is too tiny to be deemed statistically relevant but cognitive bias prevents a negative answer. "I just injected poison into you that made you feel like crap, made your hair fall out, and I guess is sort of killing you, let me go seriously check if it's actually curing the disease." How expensive is chemo anyway...enough to be a business?

Open Question: Is it illegal for a restaurant to give food for free?

Before you comment on the absurdity and heresy of the idea of a restaurant giving away food for free, just take a mental not that that is NOT what I am asking about. Is it illegal for a restaurant to give food away for free? I'm talking an entirely free menu. Would this be considered price gouging? Would it be considered charity, like how churchs and other non-profit organizations give food to the impoverished? The fiery quintet experiement with multiple sounds on the record, a decision that results in making the listener wonder if halfway through, the CD will do them the pleasure of self destructing. Williams pathetic, whining drawls on Playing God should relax in peace in the band’s hometown of Nashville. Also, The Only Exception’s low key sound was cute and mellow, but take note Paramore, it wasn’t necessary to accompany it with Misguided Ghosts and every I Wanted. The high point of this record includes tracks like Careful, Ignorance and Brick By Boring Brick. A bonus for hysteric Twilight fans turned Paramore fans includes Decode. This is an ode from vocalist Williams, to the mega success of the literary work concerning vampires, capturing the raw emotion behind loving what you probably should not. For the most part, the over simplistic nature of various lyrics is the death of many songs. However, these four tracks survive and prove to audiences that Paramore still posesses that high energy, risky-business, pop grinding style that brought them to international stardom. Open Question: Can I get in trouble for building a business logo off another image?

I'm making a business logo and so far my favorite one I've made was based off another copy written image. I mirrored it, recolored and built onto it to make something new, but if you compare the two you can tell its not entirely original. If I were to use this as the business logo could it cause legal trouble down the road? What nice of problems could it cause? I should clarify it's a tiny vending business and the logo will only ever appear on my business cards. Also I doubt anyone I'll work with will ever know what its a reference to.

Open Question: Moving to The Great Ocean rd area?

Hi guys, I am thinking of moving to somewhere along the Great Ocean rd. It is most likely going to be around the Warrnambool area but could really be anywhere. We need a sea change. The need for jobs isn't really a high priority because I am a property investor and therefore can do it from anywhere. What is the area like? is it really 'country'/full of retired melbourne business people/ is it a bit bogan/ is it trendy etc. Are there many restaurants and shops? I can live with a trip to melbourne every few weeks to go shopping but I like to go out to cafe's and restaurants alot. Is this area good for such a lifestyle? Since we will be moving to a big farm (80-100acres) is the farmland good for horses? does it flood etc. I basically just want to know what the whole place is like before we visit and determine if it is the place for us to move. I am quite glad just doting about on my farm from day to day but I am a bit 'city' in the way that I like to eat out alot and go shopping. I can live without shopping except for going into melbourne for a weekend every once in a while but I do like the cafe lifestyle. Basically I want a nice relaxed life. I am an Australian national so there is no Visa type problems with my move. I really appreciate any help you can give me. Many thanks.

Open Question: 2005 Dodge Neon has sputtering?

So I used to be in the automotive business, i'm trying to diagnose why my new dodge neon with 33,000 miles on it has a bit of a sputter to it when in idle. I was thinking every it could be is a tune up and fuel injector cleaning and maybe a fuel filter. Also maybe changing the O2 sensor. Just wanna receive some input on what I should look for on why it would be sputtering at idle and sometimes while driving between 25 to 40 and 65 to 80 mph.

Open Question: Can anyone explain why do guys go from being skinny to having muscles?

I have a good acquaintance who was average skinny around his mid 40's (when I 1st met him). The last time I met up w/ him again which was back in 2005 he was around his early 50's & he had muscles. I don't understand if a guy who's reasonably skinny can go from someone skinny looking like Tom Hanks or maybe even Tom Cruise in "Risky Business" & then go to someone w/ muscles like Patrick Swayze or George Clooney. Why do guys/men do this?? This acquaintance of mine is Artsy (he went to Art College) & is also a musician. During his whole life even though he's a good acquaintance of mine (We just hit it off. There is No Romance involved) we have some things in common. We're both musicians & we're both have culture or like other forms of "art" (that is, besides music). I know now he's not that Artsy anymore b/c he's been playing & hanging around w/ his "crew"(who's not Artsy) on tour. When I met him & b/f I met him he had that "Artsy" look meaning that "Tom Hanks" & Tom Cruise average skinny look (& I'm not talking about too skinny like someone who has Anorexia) & now he has muscles like Patrick Swayze & George Clooney (I also mention George Clooney b/c George Clooney looks like he's around his 50's too). & also I heard that his new finance said to him "I Like You BETTER THIS WAY". WHAT??!!! What is She TALKING about?? He, too, is a musician & was Never Fat OR Anorexic. What b/c he was/is (I don't know if he still is, maybe not every that much these days.) Artsy??!! He Did Workout & the gym like on the Bike. On the other hand, if you're an athlete like a good pal that I had back in college is a tennis player. He too, was good looking skinny like a Tom Hanks figure & then when my pal went to a Tennis Academy in Florida he too changed & got muscles, BUT I Can Understand this b/c my pal's an athlete & athletes have to stay in shape for their sport. So, why do men/guys do this (& I'm NOT referring to my athlete pal back in college)?? I feel that my acquaintance looked good in the 1st place OR that guys/men in general look good in the 1st place. I mean, my pal, Pete the athlete did. He had a good figure - he wasn't fat & neither is my good acquaintance. So, why do men/guys do this (go from being skinny to having muscles)? Both of these guys/men were never fat, but I'm really curious to know. I'd like to Understand why. Please explain. I think they both look good in general even WITHOUT Muscles.

Open Question: fuel from water - is hho a scam?

There are numerous websites that claim that drastic fuel efficiency improvements (or even freedom of fossil fuel) can be achieved by seemingly simple system that creates brown gas/hho from water. these claims are typically divided into 2: 1. HHO introduced in combustion drastically improves combustion efficiency. Though the amount of hydrogen is not substantial enough to be major source of fuel the improved combustion process helps capture a whole lot more energy from the fuel. Improvement in efficiency has to be huge as it is enough to cover the energy used in electric production for the HHO system and substantial improvement in gas mileage. 2. Burning HHO creates much more energy than it takes to create it - this is along the Stanley Meyers' claims. Basically HHO is actual fuel in the combustion not just helping agent. Thses systems basically claim that you can split water with energy amount X and recover many times X energy by burning the gas back into water. As the suggested us is in internal combustion engines with very low efficiency (25-35% as far as I know) it means that the created excess energy must be huge. Just to receive even the process would be roughly something like this: 1kw electricity (80 amps at 12 volts) used to creating gas has to yield enough gas to create thermal energy of 3kw (at 33% engine efficiency) back on the axle - and this wouldn't yet yield any mileage improvement. HHO websites use the term over-unity to explain how more energy can be recovered than was invested. Is this really possible? Are these claims too good to be true scams / frauds? They seem to often involve some nice of money collecting licensing structure and some have been around for long time yet no confirmed proof seems to be around. 3 more things that I can't quite grasp. 4. None of these systems seem to use any nice of proper fuel metering system - the gas is fed at quite arbitrary rate to the engine - wouldn't (if indeed there is enough HHO to be substantial fuel) this mess up the mixture of the engine? I receive that the gas has oxygen and hydrogen in "perfect" ratio. 5. If indeed the claim 2 was true then wouldn't it make much more sense to use the HHO in some other way than very inefficient internal combustion engine? Heating for example - us fraction of energy to flame a boiler with HHO. Or turbine generator - much higher reliability and efficiency could be reached. It should be pretty easy to create profitable business for units that use 1kw and return 5-10kw. 6. Where does the extra energy arrive from - at lest roughly what is teh theory of teh process that creates more energy than it uses?

Business algebra. Im not asking for the answer just the formula(s). This has to do with Baloon Payment Mortgages. Emilio is securing a 7-yr Fannie Mae "ballon" morgage for $280,000 to finance the purchase of his first home. The monthly payments are based on a 30-yr amortization. If the prevailing interest rate is %7.5/year compounded monthly, what will be Emilio's monthly payment? What will be his "balloon" payment at the end of 7 yr?

Open Question: American Health and Dental System?

1. Only a patient experiences patience in American Health System. 2. World expensive but most cheapest health system. 3. No 1 in obesity. 4. Doctors and dentists are millionaires insurance companies and Hospitals are billionaires. 4. Patient is going down down down on his pocket. 5. No bill pay = bad credit = no job = no future in USA. 6. Pain = no money for treatment 7. No pain = money for treatment. 8. In charity or free medical treatment areas people are treated as animals. 9. If some thing is not covered in your insurance you are done. 10. Health is the most lucrative business in USA. 11. Robotic Doctors, programmed nurses and assistants. 12. Mean people only welcome you are talk to you in a sweet way because you are going to pay them. No body really cares for you at every. 13. I have seen people at bottom level in USA. I have seen such misery which I had seen once in Africa in the eyes of people without treatment. Treatment is a word used in USA for having money. No money no insurance no treatment. Being a worker I have seen sick people afraid of treatment costs. ---> Is that humanity that some one is not treated just because of not having few hundred bucks? I have seen old people in my area and I wish I was a health care provider so that I can take misery from their eyes. Any thing which is against the rules of God and nature and humanity cannot survive long. God bless every sick people and every those who are in pain.
